These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ji55 online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and payment facilities made available at ji55.app. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ji55. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Ji55 recommends that you review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are supplemented by Ji55's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the supplemental policies, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplemental policy expressly states otherwise.
Ji55 reserves the right to request proof of acceptance of these Terms at any time, including during account verification or dispute resolution proceedings.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the Ji55 Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Republic Act No. 9287. Ji55 strictly enforces this requirement. If Ji55 discovers at any time that a Player is or was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or any transaction, Ji55 shall immediately close the Account, void all transactions, and where required by law, report the matter to PAGCOR.
To register a Ji55 Account, you must: (a) be a natural person aged 21 years or older; (b) be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is lawful; (c) not be a current employee, officer, director, or close family member of Ji55 or any of its affiliated game providers; and (d) not be subject to any self-exclusion order issued by PAGCOR or by Ji55 itself.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Ji55 uses technical and procedural measures to detect multi-accounting, including but not limited to device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method matching, and KYC document comparison. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, Ji55 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, confiscate all balances therein, and report the conduct to PAGCOR.
You undertake to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the life of your Account. Ji55 may, at its discretion, require updated verification at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
Ji55 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is unlawful. If you register from outside the Philippines, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is permitted under the laws of your location. Ji55 accepts no liability for use of the Platform in jurisdictions where such use is not authorized.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your login identifier and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Ji55 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to notify Ji55 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Ji55 will investigate reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend an Account pending the outcome of such investigation.
Ji55 will never contact you via social media, Messenger, Viber, or Telegram to request your account password or OTP codes. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to Ji55 support immediately. Never share your credentials or OTP with anyone claiming to represent Ji55.
Ji55 employs two-factor authentication (OTP via SMS) on new device logins and for withdrawal requests. You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number registered to your Account remains accessible and up to date. Ji55 is not responsible for failure to deliver OTP messages due to changes in your registered mobile number that you have not updated in your Account settings.
All deposits to the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Ji55 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as displayed on the Platform from time to time.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method, Account tier, and applicable PAGCOR player protection limits. Current deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account. Ji55 reserves the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.
By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the authorized owner of the payment method used; (b) all funds deposited originate from a lawful source; and (c) no deposited funds are connected to criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. Ji55 is required by applicable Philippine law to conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and may request supporting documentation from Players as part of this obligation.
GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically reflected in your Account within one to three business hours, subject to banking network conditions. Ji55 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallets, or banking institutions.
If a deposit does not appear in your Account within the expected processing time, you should contact Ji55 customer support with the relevant transaction reference number and a screenshot of the successful payment confirmation from your payment provider. Ji55 will investigate and credit the amount if the payment is confirmed received.
Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section.
All withdrawal requests require completion of the KYC verification process. You must submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document — such as a PhilSys National ID, Passport, SSS ID, UMID, Driver's License, or PRC ID — along with a selfie holding the ID. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is completed to Ji55's satisfaction.
In accordance with AML obligations, Ji55 processes withdrawals preferentially to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not possible — for example, where a temporary GCash wallet was used — Ji55 may request additional verification before processing withdrawal to an alternative method.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one to four business hours during operating hours (8 AM to midnight PHT). GCash and Maya withdrawals typically reflect in your mobile wallet within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the recipient institution.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account settings. Limits may differ based on your Account verification tier and VIP status. Ji55 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple installments over a reasonable period, with advance notice to the Player.
Ji55 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, daily check-in rewards, and tournament prize pools. All such offers are governed by these Terms and by the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%) or may be excluded entirely. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are listed in the specific promotional terms.
Ji55 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus from multiple Accounts; exploiting low house-edge games to meet Wagering Requirements; using automated software or bots to generate bets; and coordinating with other Players to minimize variance while collectively satisfying wagering conditions. Ji55 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where abuse is detected.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which is specified in the relevant promotional terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that are not used within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically. Ji55 is not obligated to issue reminders regarding bonus expiry.
All games offered on the Ji55 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers including, but not limited to, JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Asia Gaming, and Habanero Systems. Each game operates under the rules established by its respective developer, which are made available within the game interface.
All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games — including slots, RNG table games, and virtual sports — use certified RNG technology that produces outcomes that are statistically random, independent of prior outcomes, and not influenced by bet size, player identity, or any internal Ji55 parameter. RNG certifications are maintained by the game providers in accordance with their respective licensing obligations.
Ji55 publishes verified Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games in the platform lobby. RTP represents the long-run theoretical percentage of all wagered amounts that a game will return to players. RTP does not guarantee individual outcomes in any session and applies across statistically significant volumes of play.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to network interruption, server error, game software bug, or display error — any affected bets or game rounds may be declared void at Ji55's discretion. Stakes wagered in voided rounds will be returned to the Player's Balance. Ji55 is not liable for any winnings that appear to have been generated as a result of a technical malfunction.
Ji55 reserves the right to void a game round, bet, or transaction where: (a) the outcome was affected by a verifiable technical error; (b) the game was played using unauthorized software; (c) the bet was placed after an event result was known; or (d) the outcome resulted from collusion between Players.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Ji55 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities.
Ji55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player base. The Platform offers a range of player-protection tools that can be activated at any time from within your Account settings.

Ji55 is legally required under PAGCOR regulations to prevent access by persons under the age of 21. Ji55 cooperates with PAGCOR's underage gambling prevention initiatives and conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. If Ji55 reasonably suspects that a registered Player may be under 21, Ji55 may suspend the Account and request immediate identity verification pending confirmation of age.

All content on the Ji55 Platform — including but not limited to the Ji55 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of Ji55 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without Ji55's prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of Ji55's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Ji55 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Ji55's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Ji55's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by Ji55's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by Ji55; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ji55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Ji55 makes no representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content on the Platform.
Ji55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where Ji55 reasonably determines that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is involved in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; (c) continued operation of the Account presents a risk to Ji55 or other Players; or (d) Ji55 is required to do so by applicable law, PAGCOR direction, or court order.
Upon termination for cause (Player breach), Ji55 may forfeit all funds in the Account, including deposited funds and winnings, where such forfeiture is consistent with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine law. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, funds will be held and released or forfeited upon completion of the investigation.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting Ji55 customer support. Voluntary Account closure does not constitute self-exclusion and does not prevent the Player from re-registering, unless the Player has also requested self-exclusion under Section 10 above. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after KYC completion and standard processing time.
Ji55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect Players' rights or obligations — Ji55 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered Players or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or updates that improve readability without substantively altering obligations — may be published without advance notice. The current effective version of these Terms is always available at ji55.app/terms-conditions.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request voluntary Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the Ji55 Platform should first be submitted to Ji55 customer support via the live chat function or by email to the support address listed in Section 16. Ji55 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Ji55 is committed to resolving complaints fairly and in good faith.
If a Player's complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through Ji55's internal complaints process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in its capacity as the regulatory body responsible for overseeing Ji55's operations. Ji55 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR inquiry or investigation.
Subject to the dispute resolution process above, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the final resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described above.
